One of the goals of the Choral Department at West Covina High School is to share beautiful, well performed music with a wide range of audiences. We provide four formal concerts over the course of our academic performance season, however we are always looking for other opportunities to share our music. We are eager to perform at such functions as: holiday gatherings, business parties, private functions, formal dinners, ect. During the holidays The Wescovaires, our top choral ensemble at WCHS, put together a fun filled holiday performance fit for any function or holiday party; booking spaces for these holiday performances are limited so make sure you book as soon as possible. Most booked performances (including holiday performance) last about 30-45 minutes. 

If you would like to book through the WCHS Choral Department, we ask for a minimal donation of $150.00 per event.

Tenative Booking Agreements *
By checking "Agree" you are agreeing to the following Tentative Booking Agreements: You acknowledge that this is NOT a contract but a request to Book a Performance. Once a performance is booked the performance can be canceled by the director for any reason, up to the week of the performance; if a cancellation was necessary the director would contact you immediately. If the performance is canceled by the director there are no charges or penalties to the West Covina High School Choral Department, West Covina High School or to the Booking Party. The Booking Party is able to cancel the performance for any reason, however if the cancellation takes place within the week of the performance the Booking Party will still be asked to donate the performance donation of $150.00. These agreements are tentative and can be changed with the Director’s and Booking Party's consent. Once again, this is not a contract and no party will be held to this request.
